Exciting Opportunity: Night Guest Attendant at My Place Hotel in Saint Joseph, MO! Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Night Guest Attendant. In this highly visible customer service role, you will be the face of our property and the first point of contact for our guests. This position primarily involves working independently during the overnight shift.

Primary Duties

Property Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections throughout the night, ensuring safety and security.

Guest Services:

Assist with checking in/out guests during after‑hours, providing excellent customer service and addressing any needs or concerns.

Laundry Duties:

Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; maintain clean laundry area.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

Perform cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing public areas, and perform room preps for rooms not cleared during day shift.

Emergency Procedures:

Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.

Other Duties as Assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.

Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.

Proactive in solving problems.

Physical Requirements

Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods.

Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
