Company Overview Cooper River Post Acute is a 176‑bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Mount Pleasant, SC.
Job Summary We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our passionate team. An active, unencumbered South Carolina license is required.
What We Offer
$28‑33 per hour
Shift Differentials: $2/hr for nights and $4/hr for weekends
12‑hour shifts: Days (7a-7p) & Nights (7p-7a)

Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active South Carolina license
Preferred experience in long‑term care (LTC)
Current CPR certification
Experience with PCC (preferred)
Ability to maintain continuing education and licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
