Position: Weekend Warrior Server
Position Type: Full Time
Location: St. Peters, Missouri
Our starting wage for Weekend Warrior Servers is: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour!
Shift Schedule: Monday/Sunday 11 am - 7:30 pm

Responsibilities
Host with the Most: Greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect. Peppy Prepper: Prepare tables for service, salad prep for subsequent meals, and rock silverware—ensuring a successful meal service through preparation. Titan of Tidiness: Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain the cleanliness of the community. Appetite Anthropologist: Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, and when residents are absent from meals. Qualifications
Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th‑grade proficiency with residents. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude toward residents. Active and capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day. Able to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds. Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and recovery after a fall. Have a clean criminal background check. Benefits
