Keep island operations running smoothly through efficient stock handling. Stay active in a hands‑on role with great team support and training. Work behind the scenes in a stunning, world‑class resort environment. Your Role
In this hands‑on role, you’ll work as part of our warehouse team to ensure goods are received, recorded, moved, and delivered safely and efficiently across the island. From loading and unloading supplies to managing inventory, your day‑to‑day work will directly support guest satisfaction and resort operations. Where you’ll make an impact
Manage receipt, dispatch, and recording of stock and equipment Load, unload, and deliver goods across departments Maintain accurate stock records and respond to internal requests Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Monitor and uphold OH&S practices within the warehouse environment Support the team with regular stocktakes and general warehouse upkeep Communicate effectively with resort departments to ensure timely deliveries What we’re looking for
You’re an enthusiastic and organised team player who enjoys physical work and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You understand the importance of your role in supporting operations and ensuring guests have a seamless experience. To be successful, you will need:
Current MR Driver’s Licence
or higher (Essential) Valid Forklift Ticket
(Essential) Minimum 1 year of
previous warehouse experience High level of attention to detail and communication skills A working knowledge of
OH&S in a warehouse environment Professional presentation and a strong work ethic Flexible and positive attitude to changing priorities About Hamilton Island
