$25/hr with 2 weeks PTO, 16 Days of Holiday Pay About the Role
We’re seeking a
Techline Chat Agent
to provide live chat assistance to dealership service, parts, and warranty departments. You’ll play a key role in supporting the
LenZ program , assist with technical inquiries, and complete departmental support tasks. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and make an impact in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities
Provide help desk assistance via chat for dealership inquiries on vehicle maintenance, service, and repair. Support LenZ platform: onboarding dealers, managing accounts, guiding users, and resolving issues. Document cases, research solutions, and close out completed cases. Create PowerPoint and Excel reports for management. Monitor Salesforce reports and dashboards. Make outbound calls to dealers for technical assistance (non-diagnostic). Initiate Tech Link sessions for remote PC support. Prepare meeting materials and assist with event planning. Develop Tech Alerts to share knowledge with technicians. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma required; AA degree preferred. Experience:
2+ years in a professional environment. Automotive service or parts experience preferred; IT experience a plus.
Skills:
Typing speed: 40 WPM. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn new software (CONSULT, Webex, ASIST, NNAnet). Salesforce experience preferred.
