Were hiring dedicated CDL-A drivers for a DC-to-store regional account based in the Central United States. This is a high-paying, physical position hauling dry freight from a distribution center to retail stores across the Upper Midwest and Mid-South.
Average Weekly Pay: $1,610/week ( ~$83,000/year)
Top 10% earn up to $2,099/week (~$109,000/year)
Pay extras: $320 per load (avg 2 loads/week) + CPM/mileage pay + Safe & On-Time bonus (up to 3% of mileage pay)
Home Weekly 34-hour reset (days off often include Saturday or Sunday, based on Freight)
Dry DC-to-store freight, driver unload with rollers (no pallets or lumpers)
23 loads/week, typically 45 stops per load, ~1,600 miles/week
Runs out of MO through MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, MO, AR, OK, TN, KY
Weekly pay & consistent home time

Job Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
At least 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience
Able to handle driver unload with rollers (repeated box handling into stores)
Comfortable running regional routes with multiple stops and mixed start times (early morning and some night deliveries)
Willing to work a schedule built around weekly 34-hour resets, not daily home time
Safe driving record and ability to meet standard hiring criteria
Must live within 100 miles of Des Moines, IA
