Job Overview Our organization provides direct care to individuals across multiple locations. We are looking for a Residential Instructor to support residents in building positive relationships, promoting independence, and participating in community activities.
Responsibilities
Encourage positive relationship building & promote independence.
Assist with transportation and participation in community activities.
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Administer medication and monitor health.
Prepare meals and provide dietary support.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
Valid State of Michigan driver’s license (preferred).
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Pass background checks as applicable.
Obtain certification in CPR/First Aid.
Basic computer skills.
