Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish. Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher to join our growing preschool community. Our goal is to inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child. Create an engaging classroom where children can explore, question, and discover. Design hands-on lessons that prepare students for kindergarten and beyond. Foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration. Support each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth. Qualifications
Must be at least 19 years of age and meet state licensing requirements. CDA OR 60 semester hours with 6 ECE credits Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Prior experience in a licensed childcare center. A passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment Authorization to work in the United States Why Join Chesterbrook Academy
