Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
Deliver world‑class guest service by creating a welcoming, personalized Canyon Ranch experience from check‑in through departure.
Ensure the locker room, wet areas, and surrounding spaces are impeccably clean, organized, and operating smoothly.
Provide personalized locker room tours, issue robes and sandals, and assist guests with any needs or requests.
Maintain full stock of neatly folded towels, refreshments, and amenities to enhance guest comfort.
Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Ability to work Thursday – Sunday from 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
Six months’ customer service experience, preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.
Generous health plan including Dental and Vision after 30 days of employment.
PAY RANGE: $16.50 – $17.16
Location : This position will be onsite in Lenox, MA.
