About the Role We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Topicals Processor

to join our production team in

Spokane Valley, WA ! In this role, you’ll help craft high-quality topical products, maintain organized inventory, and ensure every batch meets our strict quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a sharp eye for detail, and want to be part of an innovative and fast-growing company, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Measure, mix, and process ingredients for large-scale topical product batches.

Follow precise formulas and ensure consistency in every product made.

Track, monitor, and replenish inventory to maintain smooth production flow.

Prepare, portion, label, and package finished products for store distribution.

Maintain accurate records of materials, usage, and product data.

Clean and sanitize all tools and equipment using pure ethanol.

Coordinate with management and other departments on order updates and needs.

Support Research & Development projects as assigned.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures.

Who You Are

At least

21 years old

with a

high school diploma or GED .

Dependable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and with a team.

Able to lift up to

30 lbs

and stand or sit for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking systems (Bamboo experience a plus).

Previous lab, production, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
