Homestead Maintenance & Remodeling Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused Drywaller to join our Field Operations team. In this full‑time position, you'll be responsible for the installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing of drywall in residential remodeling projects. Ideal candidates will also be experienced in complementary trades such as framing, trim, and painting to support our all‑in‑one remodeling workflow. Install drywall panels on walls and ceilings in residential remodels. Tape, mud, patch, sand, and finish drywall to a smooth, paint‑ready surface. Repair damaged drywall and blend seamlessly with existing surfaces. Work independently and as part of a remodeling crew to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard. Assist in related remodeling tasks including framing, painting, cabinetry, and trim work as needed. Protect work areas and maintain cleanliness on job sites. Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure project timelines and specifications are met. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies on‑site. Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience in drywall hanging and finishing. High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred. Skilled in both new drywall installation and drywall repair/patching. Comfortable with hand tools, sanding equipment, stilts, ladders, and safety gear. Additional skills in framing, painting, or finish carpentry are highly valued. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality finishes. Reliable, punctual, and self‑directed. Valid driver’s license required. Benefits
