Job Summary We are seeking a
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
who enjoys working with individuals and families in a virtual setting. This position focuses on thoughtful, goal-driven therapy sessions that support emotional insight, communication skills, and long-term change.
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Conduct clinical assessments and establish care goals
Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
Apply relational and systems-based therapy approaches
Support continuity of care through consistent scheduling
Qualifications
Active Montana LMFT license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience working with relational or family dynamics
Strong organization and client communication skills
Comfort providing therapy in a fully remote environment
