We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Porter to help keep our beautiful community clean and welcoming. No experience? No problem — we’ll train you! If you’re ready to get started and like working outdoors, this could be the perfect job for you.
What You’ll Do: Help keep the property looking great by cleaning up outside Sweep parking lots, curbs, sidewalks, and common areas Help with yard work Clean the pool and pool area Do small maintenance tasks if needed Always give friendly service to our residents Be proud of the work you do every day!
✅ What We’re Looking For: No experience needed — just a great attitude and a willingness to learn You like working outside and enjoy keeping things clean and neat You’re dependable and show up on time You’re respectful, kind, and work well with others Interest in groundskeeping or maintenance work is a big plus!
