While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: Responsibilities
Knowledge of the menu, daily specials, beverages, preparation of food, and prices Preparing select menu items, as ordered, for guest service Observing and anticipating guests’ needs, throughout their meals Ensuring cleanliness of the tables and maintain their overall appearance. Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times, including but not limited to dinner plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes What we can’t train is what’s inside of you.
