What You Will Do
Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
Inspect products; dispose or correct defects; record waste as directed.
Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems, or equipment breakdowns.
Perform all duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including GMP and safety regulations).
What We Look For
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
Strong manual dexterity; capable of repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
Adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
