About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing a busy front desk, and supporting our team of business consultants with a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Data entry and filing
Coordinating mail and package deliveries
Providing administrative support to our team of business consultants
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
