Alignment Technician
As an Alignment Technician at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers by providing expert automotive repairs and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. We are looking for someone with a passion for working on cars and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.
What You’ll Do
Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services.
Ensure all work meets Belle Tire’s high-quality and safety standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
Minimum Qualifications
18 years old
Valid driver’s license
State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only)
1 year of vehicle alignment experience
Customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
ASE Certifications
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds
Work Environment This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast‑paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.

Compensation $50,000 - $65,000 / year
