Job Overview Winston Retail seeks a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. The role involves hands‑on work in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and create a seamless shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies aligned with company and store standards.
Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales of apparel and hardline merchandise.
Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
Work independently and as part of a team in various store settings.
Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables meet deadlines.
Submit store visit reports, including before/after photos and feedback, using the Winston App on a smart device.
Smartphone requirements for reporting:
iOS: iPhone 11 or newer.
Android: 2020 or newer device, OS no more than four versions behind the latest.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
