Front Desk Receptionist
to their team. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first face patients see, so the ideal candidate will be warm, welcoming, and loves interacting with people.

Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm with a one-hour lunch each day.
Front Desk Responsibilities:
Greet and communicate with patients, vendors, and providers.
Check in patients and properly document registration.
Insurance verification and verification of patient demographics.
Collect co‑pays from patients and obtain authorization on credit cards.
File and retrieve electronic medical records/files.
Enter charges, payments, and balance the day in the computer.
Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 1-3 years of medical experience.
Benefit verification, accounts receivable, and billing knowledge.
Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.
EHR experience, E‑Clinical preferred.
Skill in dealing with interpersonal issues and customer relations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information (HIPAA compliance).
