Summary In this role you will maintain the cleanliness of all silverware, plate-ware, glassware, equipment, and cookware. Keep all areas clean, dry, and safe for other workers.
Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
Clean and maintain trash bins and deposit garbage in dumpsters.
Keep floors clean, free of spills, food, and trash and maintain clear walk-in cooler.
Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating throughout the work area during the shift.
Ensure proper rotation of all dishes, pots, pans, storage bins, and lift items up to 40 lbs.
Maintain Cosm safety and sanitation standards.
Organize and maintain storage of all dishware.
Assist other employees as needed and perform all opening and closing duties.
Comply with applicable Health Codes and maintain proper utensil storage.
Demonstrate Cosmworthy attitude and adherence to all Cosm policies and procedures.
Experience
Fast‑paced kitchen environment.
Extended periods of prolonged standing and foot work.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. with proper lifting techniques.
