Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Join our team at Integrity Home Health Care! As a valued nurse, you’ll work one‑on‑one with patients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. It’s a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.
Locations
Jasper County, MO and surrounding counties, including Newton, Barton & Vernon counties
Compensation
Pay per visit; routine visits 30‑60 minutes in the patient’s home
Scheduling
Flexible scheduling – part‑time with the opportunity to grow to full time
Approx. 2 weekly visits + 2 bi‑weekly visits + 30 monthly visits (approx. 8‑10 visits per week)
No nights, no weekends, no holidays, no on‑call shifts
Use of a company car (pickup/drop‑off at the Joplin office) or mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle

Qualifications
Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing
1 year of paid RN or LPN experience
Current CPR certification
Strong organizational and communication skills
