What Will I Be Doing? As a Wellness Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine and serene environment of our spa and fitness centers, ensuring that every guest experiences the highest level of relaxation and rejuvenation. Your responsibilities include:

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa and fitness areas, including locker rooms, treatment spaces, relaxation lounges, and workout facilities.

Ensure that all towels, robes, and guest amenities are replenished and presented to the highest standard.

Assist in maintaining a calm and inviting atmosphere, upholding the luxurious ambiance expected in world‑class spa and fitness facilities.

Respond promptly and graciously to guest requests, ensuring that their needs are anticipated and met seamlessly.

Work closely with the spa and fitness teams to support smooth daily operations, assisting in setup and restocking as needed.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining an impeccable level of cleanliness.

Provide genuine hospitality and a warm demeanor, creating a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.

Rate of pay: $29.90 – $39.87 per hour, based on applicable experience.

Qualifications

Deep appreciation for luxury hospitality and passion for creating immaculate, welcoming environments.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining Forbes 5‑Star standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Proactive and self‑motivated, ensuring guest areas are always pristine and well‑stocked without direction.

Ability to work efficiently and gracefully in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.

Warm and professional demeanor, embodying the highest level of guest service excellence.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Full availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
