Set to open its doors in early 2026, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 171 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand’s flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. Ennismore, in partnership with Cain International (the owners of Delano Miami Beach as well as partner in the Delano brand), are currently undertaking a significant renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Delano hotel. JOB OVERVIEW: Under the general guidance of the Assistant Bar Manager, the

Restaurant Server

assist in ensuring friendly, efficient and effective service of food and beverages to all guests in a timely fashion in accordance with standards and individual guest requirements, at all times respecting the company’s Core Values. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. Present menus and inform guests about daily specials, assisting them in making informed dining choices. Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions. Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently to ensure timely preparation and delivery. Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Clear and clean tables after guests depart, preparing them for the next seating. Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit transactions securely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the shift. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, seeking assistance from management when necessary. Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries effectively. Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area. Uphold the restaurant's standards for service quality, appearance, and guest experience. Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager. We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service. We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to, on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
