We are a new opening driven by simplicity, technique, and ingredient clarity. The dining room is refined yet warm; service is attentive, confident, and hospitality-driven.
Responsibilities
Provide polished, intuitive table service throughout the guest experience
Guide guests through the menu, nightly features, and beverage offerings
Accurately take and manage orders while maintaining proper pacing
Coordinate closely with the kitchen, expeditor, and support staff
Maintain mise en place, table presentation, and section organization
Anticipate guest needs and manage shared plates and transitions
Uphold cleanliness, composure, and hospitality standards
Service Team & Environment
Strong support staff and a collaborative service team are central to dining room operations
Support roles work with servers to pace resets and flow, allowing servers to stay focused on the guest experience
Schedule
Five days per week, dinner service only
Sundays & Mondays off (except rare private events)
Two planned one-week closures annually: first week of January and first week of September
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of fine-dining or high-level hospitality experience as a server
Strong communication skills and service awareness
Ability to manage multiple tables with consistency and professionalism
Calm, organized, and detail-oriented under pressure
Compensation
Hourly + gratuities
Typical total annual earnings range from $62,000–$83,000
Actual compensation varies significantly based on volume, schedule, and individual performance
Base hourly rate compliant with New Jersey labor and tipped-wage laws
