Start Pay:
$22.50 per hour
Workdays:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Minimum Age:
21 years old
Valid Driver's License:
Required
Experience:
2+ years security experience, 1 year supervisory experience preferable.
Computer/Tablet:
Comfortable using.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the security function on‑site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
Ensure contract‑required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
Manage overtime within designated limits.
Inspect personnel and job performance to maintain quality of service and contract compliance.
Handle payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
Make recommendations for personnel actions and productivity/cost‑reduction.
Respond to client requests and emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
Provide direction and instruction to subordinates.
Make disciplinary or commendation decisions.
Recommend physical security surveys and post orders.
Qualifications (Must Have)
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
State licensing tests and training as required.
Minimum 2 years security experience and 1 year supervisory experience, or equivalent.
Experience in active‑duty military, reserves, National Guard, Auxiliary Police, or Police Cadets is preferred.
Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
Strong customer service, communication, problem‑solving, listening, and teamwork skills.
Ability to operate radio, telephone equipment, and console monitors.
Attention to detail and ability to assess situations quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
Qualified for Custom Protection Officer.
