We have openings in our Furniture division on day shift (6am‑4pm) and night shift (8pm‑6am) this summer. We work Monday through Thursday with overtime reserved for Fridays. No experience is needed; all necessary training will be provided.
You can work individually or with small teams. Responsibilities may include fabrication of metal and wood materials, product inspection and cleaning, and product assembly.
Essential Functions
Demonstrates clear communication, both verbal and written, with peers and managers.
Self-motivated, needing minimal supervision and has a good attendance record.
Physically able to perform rigorous daily activities and heavy lifting as needed.
Able to perform visual quality inspections.
Is organized, performs accurate work, and is attentive to details.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Skills and Abilities
Ability to work cooperatively within the team as well as with members of other teams as needed.
Demonstrate willingness to adapt to a continually changing environment.
Flexibility to work varied hours as business needs require.
Competent in basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting.
Physical Demands
Required to stand, walk, and use hands for the duration of the shift.
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.00 per hour (Night shift would receive an additional $1.25/hour premium)
