Job Details Reporting Location: Rochester, NY
Compensation: $61,160 / year & customer tips
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)
Start Time: Between 6 am – 7 am until workload completed

Responsibilities
Operate a commercial vehicle safely and responsibly, following DOT required documentation daily.
Adhere to safety policies, including prohibited use of electronic devices while driving, and report incidents or changes in driving status.
Provide courteous customer service, maintaining a professional image.
Deliver the correct products to the right location during each customer’s scheduled day and timeframe.
Maintain delivery information on all accounts, including cash and receipts.
Identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies and provide actionable solutions to leadership.
Support teammates by collaborating on decisions and assisting others as needed.
Offer professional water dispenser cleaning services following a strict quality process.
Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set by Primo Brands.
Upsell additional products and services to existing customers to achieve monthly acquisition goals.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with air‑brake endorsement (for applicable positions). Primo Brands acts as a certified CDL provider and can assist with obtaining a Class B CDL.
Service‑oriented with strong face‑to‑face sales skills.
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in various weather conditions.
Ability to interact effectively with customers in a variety of settings.
Capacity to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using appropriate handling tools, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40–55 times per day.
Work an average 45‑hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
Alternate between sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and walking all day, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Hold a DOT medical card to work for Primo Brands.
Maintain a clean driving record over the past 3 years (no license violations, no major offenses, limited moving violations).
Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
Must possess strong English language skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
