Role Description This full‑time on‑site Technician position involves diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Audi vehicles. Day‑to‑day duties include inspecting vehicles, diagnosing issues, utilizing specialized tools, conducting repairs, and performing routine maintenance. The Technician must keep customers satisfied by delivering high‑quality service while complying with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures
Experience in routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing vehicle inspections
Ability to use specialized tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair software
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain service to clients
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
ASE Certifications or equivalent automotive repair certifications are a plus
Previous experience in luxury automotive repair is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is advantageous
