Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Crew Member located in Fairfield, NJ. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high‑quality chicken finger meals, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. Other responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, contributing to a positive team atmosphere, and upholding the company's high standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
Teamwork and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic food preparation, handling, and safety skills, with an emphasis on quality control and cleanliness.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow company standards and procedures.
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time in a restaurant setting.
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar field is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
