These classrooms provide a supportive, inclusive learning environment for young children from birth to age five. They serve both typically developing children and those with developmental delays or disabilities, offering rich opportunities for growth and social interaction.

Early Childhood – Ages 0-5

Start: ASAP

Pay: 52 – / HR

OR Teaching certification required with SPED endorsement

Length: Through the 25 – 26 school year and beyond!

Responsibilities The Early Childhood Teacher, or Early Childhood Educator role is to provide educational programming that focuses on early literacy, numeracy and social skills in efforts to prepare children for the formal school setting.

The Early Childhood Teacher/Educator aids in forming meaningful partnerships with families and child specific focus for individualized outcomes.

The Early Childhood Teacher, or Early Childhood Educator works with children of varying ages: infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-aged in a variety of settings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, preferred

Certification for Early Childhood Education (Child Development Associate, CDA) as required by state/ client or contract

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Strong organizational skills

Must be at least 18 years of age
