Fertilize, aerate, and treat lawns using ride‑on or walk‑behind equipment.
Shop work (order supplies, manage inventory).
Offer new services to customers.
Requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate machinery.
Ability to meet production goals.
Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Reliable transportation and good attendance history.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for customer communication by phone and email. No prior lawn‑care experience is required, but experience is a plus.
Compensation: $40,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
