Key Responsibilities Assemble Cat's Eye products according to provided instructions and specifications Inspect all assembled products to ensure quality standards are met Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
Qualifications Prior experience in light assembly or a similar role preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Strong attention to detail Good manual dexterity Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Team player with excellent communication skills
Essential Job Functions Have the ability to work scheduled hours including overtime when needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hands and fingers in handling, grasping, or feeling objects, tools, or controls for an extended period of time. The employee must be able to occasionally work above the shoulder height and frequently have neck flexion and extension. The employee is occasionally required to walk and sit and frequently required to see, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Pass pre‑placement drug screen and physical.
