Position Summary
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, or until all deliveries are completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities
Competitive wages starting at $19/hr.
Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles on assigned routes, making 10-20 deliveries per day.
Complete and maintain accurate records and logs, including driver logs and fuel purchase logs.
Make on‑time deliveries at customer locations safely and punctually under all weather conditions.
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on the vehicle you are driving.
Lift up to 80 pounds as needed; perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
Exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and occasionally operate equipment such as forklift pallet jacks or order pickers.
Work approximately 8‑12 hours per day.
Operate a provided handheld device and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
Collect payments from customers upon delivery of product.
Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by your supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Required to lift up to 80 pounds and exert a push of up to 40 pounds. Protective equipment—including steel or composite‑toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline—is required. The work environment may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, vehicle parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years or older. Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
At least 1 year of professional driving experience with a cube van, box truck, or semi, and successful completion of a company road test.
Ability to be trained to safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts, as required.
Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures; demonstrate quality customer service.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana testing). Must have a valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
