We are hiring immediately for an Aircraft Parts Painter. What you will be doing as an Aircraft Parts Painter: Preparation of aircraft parts:
Check parts to ensure they are clean and not damaged before hand-sanding the surfaces for a smooth surface before masking and priming Select and adjust spray gun per the instructions while mixing paint according to the specifications
Painting various aircraft parts:
Use painting techniques (i.e. spray paint, dip paint) to coat all crevices of aircraft parts with primer or paint based on specifications Carefully inspect parts to ensure no dirt, dust, or other foreign objects appear in paintwork before baking in oven
What you need to be successful: High School education, GED, or a Bronze Level WorkKeys certification is required Experience using polyurethane, Hexamine chromium, and various types of paint is helpful Attention to detail and ability to read paint (i.e. wet, dry, blotchy) is helpful to ensure efficiency Why join us?
