Job Description Serves meals and beverages to patrons in the dining establishment by performing the following duties:
Presents menu, answers questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
Writes order on check or memorizes it.
Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
Serves patrons from chafing dish at table.
Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when the meal has been completed.
Completes all assigned side works and special projects.
Must have complete menu and bar knowledge.
Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to cashier.

Qualifications
TAM Card (Alcohol Awareness Training).
High school diploma or GED.
The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Follow instructions without close supervision.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Required to pass a background screen, drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
