Security Officer - Flex Healthcare Patrol
in
Indianapolis, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. You are a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, building a schedule that works for you via our Claim a Shift platform. In this role you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service.

Pay Rate $20.20 / Hour
Job Schedule Sat: 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM Sun: 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM

What You'll Do
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, assisting with security-related needs.
Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
Observe and report security-related irregularities, such as property damage or unauthorized persons.
Collaborate with staff and first responders during incidents and/or emergencies.
Maintain a visible presence to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees, patients, and visitors.
Minimum Requirements
At least 6 months of security-related experience.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Minimum age 18 (unarmed) or 21 (armed).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required.
Drug screening as permitted by law.
Compliance with licensing requirements.
Valid driver's license required only for driving positions.
