Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work one‑on‑one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client’s unique goals. Responsibilities

Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client’s home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.

Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.

Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.

Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.

Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.

Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.

Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Current RBT certification through the BACB (or willingness to complete RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment if required by state law).

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).

Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their families.

Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.

Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with children, especially in ABA therapy or special education.

Bilingual abilities (a plus).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data collection.

Interest in a long‑term career in behavioral health, with aspirations to pursue further ABA certifications.
