We're currently seeking a talented individual to join our HVAC team as a
full-time Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher .
With competitive pay ranging from
$17 to $22 per hour plus commission , you can earn up to
$60,000 a year
while enjoying

About this role As you join as a full-time Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you'll enjoy flexibility in your schedule. We offer varying shifts between
Monday - Friday or Tuesday – Saturday, operating between 7 am - 6 pm .
In this role, you'll ensure seamless communication between our customers and technicians. Your day will be filled with calls, prioritizing urgent issues and filling the schedule board efficiently. You'll be the voice our customers hear as you provide updates, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-up calls. Every day, you'll use your excellent phone skills and ability to upsell maintenance plans and promotions!
