Responsibilities
Set up and breakdown banquet/meeting space per Banquet Event Order instructions including tables and chairs, table condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.), linens, place settings, center pieces, and all other event provisions Ensure excellent and prompt food service to members and guests Ensure glasses are refilled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff Qualifications
Previous experience in banquets or restaurant preferred, but not required Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system Benefits include:
