Job Responsibilities

Install and service water filtration systemsincluding softeners, reverse osmosis units, UV systems, and whole‑home filtration.

Diagnose and repair well systemsincluding pumps, pressure tanks, controls, and water‑quality components.

Perform water testing and analysisto identify treatment needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Conduct routine maintenanceon filtration and well equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Collaborate with the plumbing teamto support integrated plumbing and water‑quality projects.

Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and compliance with state and company standards.

Service Titan– Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs, service history, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation

Compliance & Safety–Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulations

Customer Service Excellence– Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely responses to all service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Valid Connecticut J License

Experience – 3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing

Technical Expertise in Plumbing Systems – Demonstrated proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements.

Service Software – Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus

Communication Skills – Strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Attention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations

Customer-Focused Attitude – A strong commitment to delivering exceptional plumbing services with a positive attitude to enhance customer experience.

Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation:

$28/hr + 5% performance pay
