JR103475**Responsibilities:*** Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in the office, employee breakroom, and restrooms* Perform minor repairs and maintenance such as painting and cleaning carpets* Assist in sweeping and removing trash* Ensure heating and cooling systems are operational* Maintain a neat and orderly janitors room; ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked* Wash windows* Maintenance and landscaping using tolls such as a weedwhacker.* Perform other related duties as assigned**Required Skills/Abilities:*** Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required* Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions* Detail-oriented and thorough* Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance and landscaping* Ability to keep the office clean and orderly* Ability to interact with other employees and visitors while remaining professional, polite, and courteous**Education and Experience:*** High school diploma or equivalent required**Physical Requirements:*** Prolonged periods standing* Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time #J-18808-Ljbffr
