Follow all General Operating Procedures
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for attractions
Effectively communicate with guests in a positive manner through eye contact, verbal communication, and body language
Follow directions of designated Controller on duty
Lift, run, push, pull, bend, and stand for long periods of time
Successfully demonstrate knowledge of standard operating procedures for go‑karts
Conditions and Environments:
Work with multiple crew members in a collaborative and positive manner
Work outside in hot and cold weather
Evaluation of Performance and Employment:
Evaluated regularly through assessment of above requirements. This may be done verbally or written.
Meeting above requirements will be mandatory for continued employment
