THE BASICS Pay:
As our Service Well Bartender, you'll earn $18 per hour plus 18% of your F&B sales and 6% of outlet alcohol sales, giving you the opportunity to earn more for your skill and service.
Schedule:
This is a full-time bartending position with afternoon and evening shifts from 4 PM to close. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will vary from 4–8 hours, with occasional split shifts.

YOUR DAY AS A SERVICE WELL BARTENDER In this role, you'll mix and serve premium drinks, recommend pairings, and create memorable experiences. You'll maintain a spotless bar, manage inventory, and support your team during events and holidays, all while delivering service that exceeds expectations.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A SERVICE WELL BARTENDER
High school diploma or equivalent
Current TABC & Texas food & drink handlers certifications
1+ years of experience as a bartender in a restaurant or club
Base knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
Ability to create classic and craft cocktails
Professional and genuine in appearance and demeanor
Strong communication skills
Team player
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to move and lift up to 55-90 lbs
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time
Experience in a club setting and basic computer skills are a plus.
