This jack-of-all-trades role serves guests and accurately balances the daily financials of the hotel, restaurant, and bar.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as necessary.
Third shift and/or hotel experience preferred.
What You’ll Do and What You’ll Bring WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Hotel Night Auditor will assist guests efficiently and courteously while accurately balancing the daily financials of the hotel, restaurant, and bar.
Follow all processes and procedures, including handling guest information and payment information.
Generate, analyze, interpret, and effectively explain items such as common reports, guest folios and transaction information.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
A positive attitude and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
Attention to detail and organization skills.
Hospitality experience not required but a plus.
