About the Role This is
not a typical assistant position . You will work
directly with Dr. Sorr
as the right-hand and connective force that keeps the business running smoothly, clients engaged, and the brand experience elevated.
This role is highly visible, client-facing, and ideal for someone who thrives on energy, connection, and organization.
Responsibilities
Support Dr. Sorr with daily priorities and practice flow
Serve as a front-facing, client experience leader
Coordinate scheduling, communication, and follow-ups
Ensure an exceptional, polished client experience
Act as a liaison between physician, staff, and clients
Support operational organization and brand presence
Ideal Background
Confident, personable, and professional
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client experience
Comfortable being highly visible and client-facing
Organized, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent
Backgrounds may include
medical aesthetics, healthcare, insurance, concierge services, hospitality, or luxury client experience
