Now Hiring: Seasonal Part-Time Groundskeeper We are a well-established, fast-paced Manufacturing Housing community located near McGuire–Fort Dix Military Base, and we’re seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Groundskeeper to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can thrive both independently and within a team setting. Position Summary
As a Groundskeeper, you will help maintain the appearance, safety, and cleanliness of our community’s outdoor spaces. From landscaping and minor repairs, some painting of interior and exterior spaces, to seasonal clean-up projects. Your work will help create a welcoming environment for our residents and guests. Responsibilities
Perform routine grounds maintenance: mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, and debris removal Assist with trash pickup and overall community clean-up Support the maintenance team with light repairs in common areas Use a company-provided mobile app to track tasks, time, and inventory Follow daily schedules and complete assigned tasks independently Maintain tools and equipment Participate in seasonal projects Requirements
Must be physically capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions Must have a smartphone with data access and basic familiarity with apps (training provided) Experience with zero-turn mower Ability to follow written instructions and communicate clearly Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude Join us in building a strong, vibrant community!
