We're looking for a dependable, flexible, and guest-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our airline crew partnerships. The ideal applicant will have experience in shuttle and have a flexible schedule that will include both first and second shifts.
Start pay is $13.50 an hour plus tips.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport guests, including airline crew members, to and from designated locations in a timely and courteous manner
Deliver exceptional guest service and represent the hotel professionally at all times
Promote the Hilton Honors program and assist with enrolling new members
Maintain a clean, organized front entrance and ensure shuttle vehicles are spotless and guest‑ready
Stock, organize, and maintain the Made Market (grab‑and‑go area) with fresh, well‑presented items
Communicate clearly with front desk staff, management, and other departments
Assist with loading/unloading luggage and respond promptly to guest requests
Qualifications:
Possession of a valid driver's license and evidence of insurability
Driving record that meets our current insurance carrier's guidelines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle stressful or high‑pressure situations with poise and professionalism
Conduct all work‑related duties with a high level of integrity, maturity, and professionalism
