Security Officer - Armed Patrol

Las Vegas, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations, conducting routine patrols to help to deter security-related incidents. This is an armed and driving post, where you will remain visible, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. What You'll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for suspicious activity and report any irregularities according to site protocols.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors by providing information and directions as needed.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues within the government facility.
Prepare written reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Operate communication devices to stay connected with other personnel and dispatch as needed.
