Essential Duties:* Maintain all public and common areas throughout the day including lobby, restrooms, drinking fountains and floors.* Maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms and bathrooms.* Maintain handrails to ensure they are clean and free of debris.* Clean and remove dust, dirt or food off walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures. towel bars, towel dispensers.* Empty trash cans and replace liners.* Sweep and mop floors.* Utilize proper safety measures when cleaning, including the use of caution signage and keeping supplies and chemicals out of reach of the residents.* Use supplies and equipment in a safe manner by following the user manual instructions.* Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment and storage areas in a safe, sanitary, clean and orderly manner.* Notify the Director of Housekeeping, Administrator, or Director of Nursing immediately regarding resident safety issues or concerns.* Notify the Director of Housekeeping when supplies are needing replenished.* Excellent customer skills and positive attitude.* Excellent time-management skills.* Ability to work independently or with a team**Successful candidates will have the following:*** High school diploma or equivalent* Must be able to pass Drug screen and Background check* **Experience in a Long-Term Care or healthcare setting preferred*** **Maintenance background preferred**PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country.
