Overview
Job Summary: Provides direct support to a Physician Assistant in the Total Joint division. Performs secretarial duties for the Total Joint division, including scheduling appointments and relaying messages via Epic EMR, preparing charts, scanning and faxing in a fast-paced environment. Works closely with the Physician Assistant, patients, nursing staff, secretarial team and management to facilitate effective communication among all parties. Utilizes knowledge of medical processes and office procedures at all times. Works closely with Supervisor and Secretarial Team to ensure divisional coverage. Other duties as needed and assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and two years of administrative/office management experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.

Schedule Work Days: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
